The damage the fire caused to the building required extensive exterior work as well. Skybrook created six apartments through the renovations and rented them out to market rate tenants.

Skybrook cleaned up all the violations, successfully removed the building from AEP, gut renovated the building, and rented the apartments out to market rate tenants.
